Assess the wound
Our nurse assesses the wound, surrounding skin, and any contributing factors, and agrees a clear treatment plan with you and your GP.
Treat and dress
We deliver dressing changes at the frequency the wound needs, using products selected to support healing and protect the surrounding skin.
Track healing
We measure and document progress at every visit, adjust the plan as the wound changes, and communicate with your treating team.
