Our commitments
We act with respect for the rights, dignity, privacy and autonomy of every participant. We provide supports safely and competently, with care and skill, and we communicate honestly about what we can and cannot do.
Safeguarding
We take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to violence, exploitation, neglect, abuse and sexual misconduct, and to prevent and respond to poor quality or unsafe supports.
Raising a concern
If something isn't right, tell us. Every complaint is acknowledged, investigated and used to improve our service — and you can always raise concerns with an external body instead.
