National Continence Solution

NDIS community nursing

NDIS community nursing

Registered nurses delivering NDIS community nursing supports at home — continence, catheter, bowel, wound, skin and health-check care, with the clinical reports your plan review needs.

Registered nurse providing ndis community nursing at home

NDIS community nursing covers the clinical care a participant needs to live safely at home: catheter management, bowel programs, complex wound dressings, skin integrity monitoring, continence assessment and regular health checks. Our registered nurses deliver all of it in the home, in SIL and SDA settings, and by telehealth where a physical examination isn't required.

Every visit is documented to NDIS standards. That means clinical notes, care plans and written reports your plan manager, support coordinator and treating team can actually use — not a one-line invoice note.

Nursing supports are typically funded under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living (community nursing care), with consumables claimed from Core Supports.
